Post a Card App

About the Project

With the advent of email, we’re gradually forgetting how it feels to receive an actual postcard in the mail. There are e-postcards, but they lack the personal touch. To rekindle that joy of holding an actual postcard from a far-flung place in your hand, Singapore Post (SingPost) launched its Post-a-Card app. Everyone can send personalized high quality print photos to your loved ones, from anywhere to everywhere in the world. However, the app has been underutilized due to complicated user flows. My client wanted to revamp and refresh the existing Post-a-Card app.

Results

Simplifying the interface, cleaning up the navigational structure and identifying the key user flows were primary aims of the revamp and the resulting design clearly focuses on the postcard templates by removing all other distractions. The overall design of the new app is crisp, clean and simple and caters for easy designing and customising of the digital postcard.
